| Overview: |
The Ethan Allen brand is all about design. Organic translated this
retail brand online by creating a new look and developing digital tools
that extend what is available in Ethan Allen stores.
When new
clients come to Ethan Allen stores, they are paired with a designer, and
both parties will post items on a board to see what they like and what
they dont like.
To match the Ethan Allen in-store experience,
we built an online Sand Box that is simple, user friendly, and extends
the in-store collaboration online. Both the customer and the designer
can post items, and the customer has the ability to email the latest
design concepts. Customers can also review, add and remove products on
their own schedules. This brought to life an important part of Ethan
Allens brand promise.
But the brand update also meant
elevating how Ethan Allens products and services were presented.
Knowing that high-resolution images are something users can enjoy with
todays broadband, Organic guided Ethan Allen in photographing their
products and styles. The new images are clean, beautiful and very
product focused, and all of their SKUs were re-photographed using the
same ideas used for their catalogs and other print work.
